After using this product for a couple of nights, I could tell my sleep had improved. I purposely did not take any of my usual medications that I take to help me sleep, and that way I could see the effects the patches would have on their own. I applied the patch about 30 minutes before bed, and I noticed I fell asleep faster than I usually do. I also noticed that I did not wake up in the middle of the night. The patches are easy to apply, and they actually stay on all night, which I was initially skeptical about. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

The sleeping patches are very cool i was skeptical at first but upon using 2 patches instead of 1 I feel it was much better for my size. Waking up in the morning has always been tough for me, but waking up and removing the patches just gave me a burst of energy like it was stored there.

This patch compared to others worked better for me because I was able to fall asleep faster. Like others, once I put on the patch, my body felt really relaxed. However, this patch induced sleep was quicker than others and I loved that because in general I have difficulty falling asleep. This patch stays on all night and sticks so well that I forgot to take it off before showering the next morning and it was still there. Highly recommend this to anyone who needs to jumpstart their sleep cycle.

I can’t sleep with Rx medicine so I decided to try these out. It adds a bit more sleep help to the meds I take from the doc. Safe & effective. I’m an RN so I want to be sure that something is safe & effective which is why I really like this product. No brain fog in the morning either. Some of the melatonin I’ve taken previously have given me a morning headache. No morning headache with these patches. No sluggishness either. I love them!
