Hello I tried the VIORY 60 sleep patches for adults extra strength patches and applied one 30 minutes before bed. With the extra strength patches, I have tried them for a week and they seem to be even better than the previous ones. These patches are simple to use and work for me. I generally use two at a time, one on each wrist. If I wake up in the middle of the night and have trouble going back to sleep, I put two on and read for a little while and voila! Good deep sleep comes.

The patches were easy to apply and I honestly couldn’t smell the lavender which is fine for me. I like that it’s in patch form since I couldn’t do without one more pill to add to my plethora.
They stick great. I’ve used them a few nights now and only once did it fall off of me while I was sleeping. But I’ve got to give credit where it’s due. There was no ac all those nights so I’m pretty impressed!
I honestly fell asleep so quickly every time and STAYED asleep. It’s a miracle and a dream come true all at once.

The Viory patches, as they said, support faster and longer sleep. They come in a pack of 60, which is a 2 month supply. They are easy to remove from the plastic wrapper and from the plastic film that they come on. As instructed, I placed the patch on 30 minutes before I went to sleep. I had a peaceful and deep sleep, which lately has been very hard due to the hot weather. I woke up feeling very rested, and was shocked that I had been a sleep for so long. I especially liked that one of the main ingredients is lavender oil. Would recommend and use these again!

2) put it on shoulder I was still waking up through the night
3) I didn’t feel a difference I had a hard time falling asleep
For nights 4-5 I put it back on my arm and slept comfortably both days. I will be using it again and I recommend trying it if you can’t sleep well. You can’t feel the patch but it’s sticky and will pull off hair.
