    I’m just gonna put the chin strap on my head and make sure to adjust the strap so it fits my chin tight. Simple as that!

    I found the fit to be nice. It does hold my mouth closed when relaxed, so it should stay closed when sleeping but not so tight you can’t open if need to. (Like mouth tape) I am a mouth breather when I sleep causing me to snore, so this should work well. My wife will be happy.

    I got this chin strap to keep my mouth shut while I sleep in hopes I would breathe more through my nose, get better sleep and keep from getting dry, sore throat from sleeping with mouth open. It works! This is a very cheap and effective way to accomplish all of the above. I also have nasal polyps so I have a hard time breathing through my nose. But I’m using a nasal spray to open that up, and then using the chin strap it helps to breathe through my nose.

    When I first put it on, it doesn’t seem like it does much, but that’s the beauty of it. It’s so subtle and non-intrusive that it feels comfortable yet it’s effective. By morning I wake up and find my mouth has been shut. For me, initially I can’t breathe through my nose until I am laying a bit and calm down enough to slow my breathing. But this allows you to open your mouth if need-be without restriction. It’s the perfect compromise between comfort and holding your jaw shut. You may not think it does much until you wake up and find it worked perfectly. I also noticed it does not leave any lines in my skin when I wake up — if properly fitted so its not too tight.

    I’m excited to see what the long range results are using this!

    Very soft & comfortable, but couldn’t make it small enough to keep my mouth shut while running the CPAP machine. The adjustment was easy。

    I love my CPAP machine and cannot sleep without it. However, when I fall asleep my mouth flops open and my mouth gets very dry. I tried the chin strap from my CPAP clinic and it was a joke! It was too large, wide and just did not work at all. This chin strap is low profile and comfortable and keeps my jaw firmly secured when I fall asleep. It also does not interfere with my face cushion, I still have a tight fit with no air leakage, which I was concerned about. No more dry mouth with this chin strap! This is a very good product!
